About National Asset Intelligence

Built on field experience.
Driven by better information.

NAI was created to replace fragmented weather data, incomplete property records, and reactive decisions with disciplined commercial property intelligence.

Why NAI exists

01 · A note from our founder

Welcome to NAI.

Welcome to National Asset Intelligence.

My background began in financial technology, working with multimillion-dollar accounts and company leadership. That experience taught me to look past surface-level information and understand how evidence, timing, and financial consequences shape a business decision.

I later moved into commercial roofing and worked directly with complex properties, roof systems, ownership teams, and large-loss storm response. The field experience made one problem impossible to ignore: critical property decisions were often being made with incomplete information.

Weather data lived in one place. Ownership records lived in another. Condition evidence was collected only after a complaint, a leak, a claim, or an urgent budget decision. By then, the property team was already reacting.

National Asset Intelligence was created to close that information gap. We connect storm exposure, parcel records, and field documentation so owners and managers can understand what may require attention before urgency dictates the next move.

Our standard is straightforward: tie information to the actual asset, document what can be verified, and communicate it in the language ownership teams use to manage risk and capital.

Commercial property context,
organized before urgency.

What NAI does

National Asset Intelligence helps commercial ownership teams connect severe-weather exposure, parcel information, and documented roof condition. The result is a clearer record for inspection priorities, maintenance planning, insurance conversations, transactions, and capital decisions.

03 · Our Mission

Make commercial property risk visible before it becomes urgent.

Property-level weather context, disciplined documentation, and practical reporting help ownership teams move from reactive decisions to informed planning.
